BIOGRAPHY
The road to an independent legal practice
I obtained my legal education at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, where in 2022 I completed the master’s programme in Law and Legal Science. I gained my first practical experience during my studies as a legal trainee at a law office in my home town of Velké Meziříčí. I then completed my training as a trainee attorney at Advokátní kancelář Coufalová & Kubíková s.r.o. in Brno, where I met Mgr. Jakub Jelínek, an attorney and now a partner at the respected firm KOHAJDA & PARTNER, advokátní kancelář s.r.o. I completed the final part of my traineeship directly under his supervision. After passing the bar examinations in 2026 I began practising independently, and since that year I have collaborated with the aforementioned firm KOHAJDA & PARTNER, advokátní kancelář s.r.o.
In my practice I provide legal services to businesses and individuals alike, and I focus on finding practical, understandable and effective solutions to their legal matters. I pride myself on an individual approach, open communication and the consistent protection of my clients’ interests. I specialise above all in commercial and civil law, real estate law, family and employment law, extending into criminal law. I help clients draft and review contracts, resolve property matters and address the legal aspects of doing business. I also advise on employment relationships and family law, where I place emphasis not only on the legal side of the matter but also on the practical consequences of the solutions proposed.
A significant part of my practice consists of representing clients in court and other contentious proceedings. I approach every case strategically and with careful procedural preparation. My aim is to advance my clients’ interests effectively, with an emphasis on sound argument, economical proceedings and the best possible outcome.
