Since 2026 I have practised as an independent attorney. I draw on my experience to help clients not only resolve legal problems that have already arisen, but above all to prevent them. I place emphasis on well-prepared contractual documentation, understandable legal advice and solutions that match the specific situation and the client’s real needs.

Practice and areas of expertise
In 2022 I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University. I gained practical experience in legal practice during my studies, and from 2019 I also worked as a legal adviser at dTest, o.p.s., focusing on consumer protection. That gave me an understanding of consumer law from several perspectives – the needs of consumers as well as the practical needs of businesses. Among other things, I help clients prepare general terms and conditions, complaints procedures and consumer contracts, and set up contractual relationships so that they comply with legal requirements and hold up in a dispute or an inspection by supervisory authorities. At the same time I help consumers resolve disputes with businesses.
After completing my studies I continued in legal practice as a trainee attorney in a general practice, particularly in the area of the law of obligations and representing clients in civil, insolvency and criminal matters. I gained experience drafting a wide range of contracts and legal opinions and representing clients before courts and administrative authorities.
Between 2024 and 2026 my specialisation broadened primarily into real estate, family and employment law. In real estate I provide legal support to estate agents and to individual parties to transactions – I handle property transfers, attorney escrow and the structuring of contractual relationships, and I draft and review contractual documentation for estate agencies as well as for buyers and sellers. My aim is for transactions to run safely and without unnecessary complications. For employers I advise mainly on employment documentation and day-to-day HR matters, and I also work in family law.
As part of my general legal practice I also work in other areas, particularly civil and commercial law.
